Whoever said you aren't worth any points is mistaken, each contact on voice is one(1) point, no matter if you are in PA or outside of PA. 

Only if you are outside of PA can you only work PA stations for points in the party.

QSL Card will be issued with the AC&J logo...  So even if your not from
PA, I'll still work ya as a Special Event station...  If your from PA,
your worth points in the PAQSOP...  :)

I'm not in the PAQSOP to win, I'm in it to have fun...  I will submit a
log, and we'll see what happens...

Ohhh, I figured out the GRID is EN91OU...

I won't be coupled to a train, I'll just have the 2 Cabboses up on the Pit
track, where I can get commercial power...  Battery Charger to 2 car
Batteries straight to Rig...  Kinda like Field Day...
