[PaQSO] Logging program reccomendations

Thanks for your questions re logging software.

I am a personal friend of KA3JWE, and, in fact, gave him
a little help and guidance when he first decided to put
together a logging program. In my estimation, he has
gone on to make the best program around. I, too, hear
that he has discontinued ungrading it, and maybe I can
agree, what with the constant changing the rules etc.
Well, I guess change is inevitable.

Re N3FJP's programs package, which I purchased about
3 years ago, I found that the PA Counties abbreviations
were not consistant with the accepted ones from Nittany.
I e-mailed Scott, but got no satisfaction, AND, no offer
of upgrade.  I use his other software, but not for PAQP.
He may well have corrected the shortcomings of PAQP
since then, but I am unaware if so.
