Hi Ray,

Improvements aren't necessarily intended to fix something that's 
broken.  Ever put an addition on your house?  It's the same thing here; 
I'm proposing adding another room.  The QRO multi-multi ops can continue 
to play in their room.  So can the rovers.  There's room for everyone to 
eat at the dining room table.  We can't dismiss all suggestions each 
year with "it ain't broke".

I want to run a QRP multi-multi.  As the rules stand now, I have to file 
it as a medium power multi-multi.  I'm essentially asking for a check 
box on an entry form.

The QRP multiplier issue is another discussion, but the bottom line is 
if it was so easy and the multiplier was such an advantage, all who were 
interested in top scores would run QRP.  As it stands, only a handful of 
stations run QRP each year, and arguably the majority of these folks do 
it because they enjoy QRP and are not seeking a multiplier.  But I digress.

Who knows....the next county sweep you get might be because of a QRP 
multi-multi operating from some rare county. :-)
