That's somewhat my motivation for this.  I'm not avoiding lugging an amp 
(I don't even own one :-), I'm into QRP.  I'd like to activate semi-rare 
counties staying at cabins.  Such trips are more fun with a group of 
people doing a multi-multi.    You can't claim the QRP multiplier 
running multi-multi right now.  I'm not so concerned about the 
multiplier, I'd just like to see a separate category and some 
recognition of QRP multi-multi efforts.  Even with the multiplier I 
doubt any QRP multi-multi would be able to get into the same 
neighborhood of points that the big gun full gallon multi-multi stations 
run, so it's no threat to their records.
