[PaQSO] Dupe sheet

Just a brief simple question, but not so simple when you are
a novice to this contest paperwork. Could I get a brief
instruction on how to fill out the dupe sheet? I'm assuming
you use the number and first letter after, but want to make
sure I'm right and don't need to have "every call" in
alphabetical order before I do all that writing. Yes, I know
there are computer logging programs out there etc., but my
shack computer is down and I brought out the paper, ink
bottle and quill this year.
