[PaQSO] Electronic PA QSO Party 2007 Logs - how and what to submit?

Hi Guys:

I see that we can submit electronic logs this year (although we still need to mail a hardcopy summary sheet), but what exactly are we supposed to submit electronically?  Certain files from the logging software or do the logging software packages have a method to convert the log into whatever file format that NARC wants?  I don't see anything in the WB3W software to create an electronic log.

Do I only need to submit the PAContacts.mdb file (and of course rename it to my callsign, for example)??

Please advise..
