[PaQSO] 40m working into Kansas

40m appears to be opening up a little better around PA.  I've worked more counties on 80m than 40m so far, but its getting better since about 2pm.

40m out of state is working fine.. worked more sections than PA counties so far..

Hi gang, 40m  is open into KS, at  least to WPA.  My main problem today is 
dodging the thunderstorms in  Eastern Kansas.  I'll be back on as soon as this
