[PaQSO] Anyone else using WinEQF? Update VE Sections!

I looked over all of the multipliers on the two files in WinEQF last
night. One of them is for PA Counties and the other is for ARRL, CRRL &
DX multipliers. The Canadian mults needed slight revisions per those
stated in the official rules. This is easily updated by opening the
file in the Contest subdirectory called PAsections.mlt with Notepad or
Wordpad and doing a few simple changes to delete those which are not
listed in the rules and to insert those that are. I just wanted folk to
get a heads up on this rather than finding out during the contest!

Is anyone else using WinEQF for PAQP? Has anyone in the past? I was
wondering about logging county line stations. Maybe what I would do,
considering most county line stations will only have two, not three or
more, I would put down something of the format <CALLSIGN>\<CTY1> and
then in the exchange put down <CTY2>. If they are operating for more
than 2 counties I would likely have to write a note for remembering
later. Also, I think I would likely put down the <CTY2> as the one that
I may still need for a multiplier, assuming I don't need both for
multiplier, but would have to check this after the contest to make sure
it is scored correctly (along with other things that the program doesn't
automatically do such as the BONUS station).

73 and see you from MIF!
