One thing I remind everyone to do is submit logs-doggonit! When the 
bands are marginal, many people assume that their score isn't good 
enough to do anything with. In 06, I saw more than a few callsigns who 
worked a number of those who submitted logs but didn't submit one of 
their own. Some of those non-submitters would have won their county. So 
if anyone here hears someone thinking they "didn't do well enough to 
submit a log" tell 'em to do so anyhow.
