Thanks Mike.
As long as the list is in the rules, and we follow the rules, no problem (he
says confidently!)
...BTW, I still don't know where I'm operating from. I'd some hopes for
borrowing a nearby club station along with some other ops, but haven't heard
anything back yet; I haven't given up, but if that falls through, then it'll
just be me, my vertical, and maybe a friend or three activating extremely
rare and valuable Allegheny County.

Ask and ye shall receive.
I have modified the rules to *not* say RAC canadian sections, and I
have appended the Party Canadian sections as applies to the party
onto the rules.
http://www.nittany-arc.net/entryforms.htm is the entry form page,
and http://www.nittany-arc.net/Paqso_pdfs/paqso07rules.pdf is the
specific file.
As long as the PA Op enters a Canadian section as given by the
Canadian Op, we figure it out at log checking time.
In the future, the rules may change to the RAC sections. Be advised
that this will entail a significant loss of multipliers. I'll be
taking advisement on that.
