[PaQSO] Delay in getting summaries.

Evening everyone,

There has been a delay in getting the last batch of summary sheets to 
me. our treasurer had a death in her family, and it will be a little 
while before I can get that batch. (she picks up the mail and gets the 
check and such before I get them) While I am sure that everyone got 
their summaries in on time, I am extending the deadline as far as needed 
until we can get back on track.
