[PaQSO] QRP and County records

Obviously, I have not given much (read NO) thought to the county record issue. 

My excuse would be that, operating usually from CMB, where there are few other operators, it is just not an issue in the forefront of my mind (if my mind even has a forefront).

If, indeed, there is only one score listed for each county as "THE" record, no matter the power, I understand the concern there. But does not the meduim power station trying to get his name on that list, but can't beat out the QRO station score, have just as much reason for crying foul?

But that does not change my position on the issue. If NARC decides not to kill the QRP mult because of this issue, (or for any other reason(s)), I'd be dissapointed, but I would not stop operating the contest. The NARC has to decide if they want to add new county record listings for each power category. I would think it would be rather easy to do in this day and age, but I'm not the one doing it so it could well be one of those "easy for you to say" things.
