To All,
     I have two subjects to mention today.  The first of theses
subjects has to do with the 2007 PA Governor's Proclamation again
making June Amateur Radio Month.  The 2007 proclamation is available
and is in PDF format and is just under 1 mb in size.  Once again Fred
Serota, K3BHX was instrumental in obtaining the proclamation.  I hope
to have the proclamation available for down load on the EPA Web site at
www.epa-arrl.org .  However, I am presently having difficulty accessing
the site to upload the material.  I can send the proclamation to anyone
who wants it via an attachment on an e-mail.  
     If you are interested in receiving the proclamation via e-mail
attachment there are a couple of items to consider.  Number one is that
I will be sending the e-mail file attachment out to as many at one time
as I can with e-mail address surpressed.  This means you have to make
sure you can receive an e-mail when your address is not displayed.  You
must also make sure you can receive attached PDF files.   Anyone
interested in receiving the 2007 proclamation via e-mail attachment
contact me wb3fpl at arrl.org .

     The second piece of business is the PRB-1 legislative proposal. 
We are presently looking to have Hams who live in the Montgomery County
(Lansdale) area and Westmoreland County area contact their state
legislators for support for the bill.  Acording to the information we
have received from Senator Greenleaf's Office the PRB-1 proposal will
be moved into committee and the chairmen of those committees are from
the two counties mentioned above.  At the present time I cannot be sure
that much of this information is being sent to Hams in WPA.  Due to
health and other problems the WPA SM is a bit handicapped in getting
the information dispersed.  PLEASE FEEL FREE TO DISTRIBUTE THIS
INFORMATION IN BOTH EPA AND WPA to everyone you can.
