I'd recommend WB3W's program. We've been using it at CARC for three
years now. It is networkable; the database format is MS Access so you
simply use Microsoft networking to network multiple instances (you don't
need to have MS Access to use the logging program). The program
graphical user interface is pretty intuitive and very good for those
with impaired vision.
