[PaQSO] Logs page update

The logs received pages at:

http://www.nittany-arc.net/logs.html

were updated this evening. I've entered the last batch I received, and 
don't expect any more regular submissions (except for one or two) 
through the mail. What is left is cleanup and corrections as needed.

You'll see on the page that I've started to go through the pages that 
don't have a "yes" on the summary received cell. Some of the cells are 
marked in pink. This means that I've double checked and definitely do 
not have it. I stopped around ten tonight because After a while the old 
eyeballs start to get confused.

The  preliminary results will be posted during the week after Christmas.
