[PaQSO] Party announcement

Good Day Party People	

	In the next few days there will be a major announcement regarding  
the party.  during the summer we have been keeping busy with ways to  
bring the party into the 21st century.

	John and I have been working with an advisory board to make some  
changes that should make the party a better experience for all, from  
the participants to those who administer the party.

	The rules have been updated, clarified, and even defined. They are a  
lot bigger now though.

	I just have one last meeting to make sure there weren't any  
inadvertent mistakes on my part.

	So stand by......
