Jim,

Your explanation of how to capitalize on this activity is the exact
reason why this station will not do it.  I call it a nuisance.  You will
inconvenience someone operating a different contest and expect them to
provide additional information beyond their normal exchange.  They get
four hours to get as many QSO's as possible.  Why slow them down at all?

There are sure to be plenty on the bands before and after the Sprint who
will casually work a new PA county.  Who knows, they may even come back
on Sunday!
