[PaQSO] VHF?

N3SH Allegheny will have V/UHF capability from N3XI's QTH.  

N3SH Fayette will also have V/UHF capability from the W3PIE QTH.

Suggest we suggest some "calling times" and frequency ranges for 6 & 2 meters CW & SSB so that people know where and when to listen for activity!
