[PaQSO] Fast Turn-Around

Just received a QSL from the contest.  Three days (well, four since the
contact took place on Saturday) -- not bad.

Unfortunately, the fella sent the card to me under my call.  Cost himself
200 points for busting the call, since it was an N3SH Allegheny QSO that he
made... I remember someone around that time asking who the operator was,
don't know if it was him or if he just overheard it, either way it wasn't my
station and I can't confirm a contact under my call!

The card is already in the mail with a note of explanation.

Oh well.
