[PaQSO] A suggestion for next year

While things are fresh in the mind, I'd like to make what I think should be  
a non-controversial suggestion for next year:
 
With the upcoming phone band expansion, move the suggested 40 meter SSB  
contest frequencies, or at least the mobile windows, down the band.   On 40 meters 
the present spread between 7280 and 7040 is at the hairy edge  of where I can 
get a HamStick (tuned in the center of the band) to tune with the  IC-746 
tuner.  With the Hustler Super resonator I can only get from  about 7040 to 7225.
 
Picking the exact frequencies can wait to see how activity sorts  itself out, 
 but something like 7200 or 7225 would seem good to me.
 
It is not a big issue on the other bands.
