Oh, if only I was that well prepared!

I'm planning to load the car Friday night. Allen
(WI8T), & I are leaving at 6 AM Saturday for CLA/FOR.
It's a 2.5 hour drive, but we should be on the air for
the start of the party.

Last year, the amp wouldn't work with the FT-1000, but
it's ready to go this year. We're working from the
bottom of a deep ravine, so we should be warming the
clouds quite nicely this year. :-)

The toughest part is staying focused at work, with the
party less than 2 days away.

OK on the mobile window. I'm probably as guilty as
anyone of working there. I will try extra hard this
year to stay clear of there.

Hope to catch everyone on the air.

73,

John, KD8MQ/3 (CLA & FOR(?))
