   This is the second batch of mailed logs, plus the email logs that 
came in since the last update.

   A note on the process might be in order here. When the logs first 
arrive, out treasurer picks them up, and does some preliminary clerical 
work on them, such as removing donations, marking up the summary sheets 
with information that I need for the party database, and figuring out 
the orders for T's,  mugs, plaque sponsorships, and that kind of thing. 
I don't see them for a while. There has always been some delay from 
getting the mail logs to me getting them. It's a little while longer now 
that she has taken on the extra duty - but everyone is just seeing a 
facet of our procedures that no one would have seen if I hadn't started 
posting the logs received.

   This is in no way to say "don't bug me" if you think there is a 
problem. The logs page has already found several problems when people 
haven't seen their logs showing up.It's a valuable tool that I think has 
been missing from the party since the web came about. Especially with 
email logs. That email log has to compete with all that spam, and yes - 
email does get lost.

   I'll be getting the next batch of mail logs early next week.
