[PaQSO] Update

Okay folks,

	The certificates have been sent out.
	
	The plaques have been mailed. One had a severe typo (both first and  
last named wrong) and will be redone.

	67 county plaques are due to arrive and be mailed out today.

	Results have been mailed. I am still investigating the "missed  
county" phenomenon.

	T-Shirts are due back in on the 9th of June. Mailing immediately after.

	Cups are ordered, and I'll have the due date as soon as they get me  
one.

	I'm going to give another day or two to update the website in hopes  
that I can resolve the missed county issue by then, but I'm not  
waiting much longer.



Update on that database issue...

	Results of my investigation so far are inconclusive, but one thing  
is for certain, the database was largely written at a time when RAM  
and hard drive space was expensive, and not common to have large  
amounts of either setting around the house. So there are a lot of  
little databases that get called upon to give us results. There are  
then a lot of scripts to call up info from those databases. Some of  
the databases therefore end up containing data that others do not.  
Somewhere something is getting a bit askew. No records or plaque  
items are  involved. There may be a certificate or two that gets  
mailed out after I find the offending issue.
