W3USA was in both divisions, multi-op, and one transmitter.

If his score was listed as mobile only, with no mention of using
multiple OP's, imagine the complaints then! Is it fair for a mobile
entry who uses more than one OP to be in "competition" with ones who
use only one op? If so, then I guess that it would be fair to
eliminate all the "multi" categories, or perhaps ban multi-op mobile.

We can take our pick as to which is most "unfair".

I am just about finished with this whole misbegotten adventure. It
was a major mistake for me to ever take on running the contest, save
that no one else was willing to do it at the time. It was a learning
experience, and I have learned some valuable lessons.

	1. It is orders of magnitude better to be a participant than an
organizer.

	2. Contesters are eating their young.

	3. It may only be a minority, but it still wears you out.

I now fully understand why the last two chairmen quit, and one of
them has even stopped hamming altogether.
