[PaQSO] RTTY Interference

I agree with Al, I don't believe there will be any problems running digital and CW if the following below is followed. I do believe PSK and RTTY should count as the same mode and not two diffrent modes. The two point per contact is standard in ever other mixed mode contest there is a skill and technical competence required to running digital modes, just like CW.
However, i have a suggestion maybe we can use a honnor system and give 3 points to "true" CW operators that copy by ear and and give 1.5 points to those that use computer aided CW. This can be easily done by adding a check mark on the summary sheet.
There is one thing left out with this whole RTTY/PSK modes there should be a prime activity hour(s) for RTTY and PSK this way we can all meet on the PSK frequency or RTTY specturm at the same time. i would suggest maybe after 12pm sunday afternoon. To use MURGAS's coined term for this, it would be a RTTY/PSK feeding frenzy.

I sent it in December and again in January with no takers. So here it is
for the third time. An excerpt from Mike's email shows the suggested HF PSK
frequencies. Someone please scrutinize this information and explain WHY
using PSK as a marker is a bad idea to separate CW and RTTY.
1838.15
3580.15
7035.15 and 7080.15
14070.15
21080.15 and 21070.15
28120.15
1.) I have looked over the three major domestic RTTY contest rules
(ARRL RTTY RU, CQ WW WPX RTTY, CQ WW DX RTTY). None of them condones 160m
operation. So throw out 160m.
2.) Throw out the PSK DX window on 7035, which will be unusable in PA
anyway.
3.) I consider the 15m listing close enough to be the same.
Here is what remains:
3580.15
7080.15
14070.15
21070.15
28120.15
If a gentlemen's agreement is established that no CW is condoned above
these frequencies and no RTTY is condoned below these frequencies; please
explain how there can be interference?
