[PaQSO] RTTY Interference

This "problem" will get worse if there is "regulation by bandwidth" as
proposed.  In most cases--CW stations can't easily communicate with RTTY,
and visa versa.  It turns into a mess, and leads to a lot of frustration.
If the Pa party is to have "digital mode" QSO's please designate a set
of freqs for them.  While I know there isn't any real way to enforce such
a policy, it does seem to me that most reasonable ops will make some
effort to comply.  No matter what freq you propose, however, somebody will
be annoyed.  That's life on 40 meters.

As far as the date is concerned--PAQP is perfect.
