Thing one.

	The PAQSO list is NOT an official organ of the PAQSO party.  It is a  
list run by someone else.  I am a GUEST there as are you.

	You want  OFFICIAL , you talk to ME. I've noted that before,  right  
here on the list. But for some reason some people still cannot  
understand that.

	That you conclude that we eliminated the county operations based on  
an email that I haven't  replied to nor seen yet, on an unofficial   
posting on an unofficial board, is a very odd conclusion. But okay,  
it is wrong.
