Bands:  160-2, except WARC bands
Classes: Illinois Fixed, Illinois Portable, Illinois Mobile, non-IL
Power: QRP and other
Exchange: IL: RST/County   non-IL: RST/State-Province-Country
Work stations: once per band and phone, digital/cw and rework mobiles in
new counties
QSO points: phone: 1  cw/digital: 2
Multipliers: IL: states, provinces and up to 5 DXCC plus IL counties;
non-IL: IL counties; multipliers count once regardless of band/mode
Score calculation: QSO points x multipliers
Submit logs by: November 22, 2006
