	Hi Ray,

	That rule change, and one other regarding the Canadian sections, as  
well as all CW QSO's counting for 2 points, was put off until next  
year's party.

	The CW change was something I was toying with, but by the time I  
decided I wanted that change, It was a little late. In retrospect, I  
should have made it at the exact same time as adding the new modes

	The Canadian sections also might make for some log program rewrites.

	The Rover/Portable issue is one that will almost certainly be  
changed for next year, but I have to do some more research to be sure  
I don't inadvertently mess something up.  I want to determine if the  
setup merits a new category, or just rewriting the rule.
