[PaQSO] Questions from a newbie

One clarification on Matt's great response.  You CAN work a station twice 
on 40 meters if you work them once on CW and once on SSB.  One of the 
funniest (and "funest") incidents was when a California station called me 
on 20 CW and we proceeded to work on 20 SSB and then 10 and 15 both CW and 
SSB.  Six QSOs on three different bands in about 3 minutes.  That's the 
kind of stuff that makes this contest so much fun.
