[PaQSO] Change of Plans

The WA3SH M/M team will be operating from the Heritage BSA facillity again
this year.

It looks like work is only going to give me the Saturday of the weekend off.
I'd planned on driving up to Mercer to join the N3SH team for the day; but
now, I wonder if a jaunt down to Fayette for the day would be in order...
