[PaQSO] Web page updates and other stuff

    The web pages have been updated with the 2005 rules, logsheet, 
records, and dupe sheet packages. These may be downloaded either 
separately or as a package.

    The mailing happened early last week. If you don't get your package 
by say October 1, and want one mailed to you, let me know and we'll rush 
one out to you.

    Finally, I am not sure what the situation will be with the 
Post-Katrina efforts, but if the emergency nets are still running by the 
time of the party, let us all make sure to cut them a wide swath, so as 
not to interfere with their important work. I'll make an announcement 
shortly before the party with what I know.
