[PaQSO] Bands

Hi Mike, You are right everyone has been civil and I don't mean to change that. However The PA QSO party has been run for years and the winners have won and the losers have lost. Now we have complaints about the C/L ops, what bands are ok, should we go digital or not. The Nittany group has done a FANTASTIC job running this contest. I don't think that contestants should be looking to change the rules. How has everyone participated in this contest if most are confused in how to enter it. 73 Steve K3KFD
