[PaQSO] Band Rules

Come on guys what is the big deal. With the exception of the WARC bands and 
no use of repeaters what is the big deal about using bands above 2 meters. 
There is a place in this hobby for everyone and if that place happens to be 
UHF/VHF then I say go have fun. If the reason for not allowing these bands is you 
don't have it or use it I say tough. We call this the fun party so lets go back 
to having FUN FUN FUN.
