[PaQSO] Bands

I know that it's sarcasm...but for those who consider
echolink 'real' radio, it would be the equivalent of a
repater contact.

BTW....In earlier days, when we checked with the rules
people, we were specifically told that there were NO
LIMITS on the bands used, other than  NO WARC bands.

Overr the years, I have made many contacts on bands as
high as 1296 (yes, there are 1296 HTs out there!)

One year, we had a 1296 FM contact at 1 watt between
CAR and ADA (not sure if it was counted!)
