Subject: 54 Scholarships For Hams
Reply-To: aa3of at arrl.net

Hello, I'm writing to ask you to do me a favor.  Attached to this
email, in text format, is the 2006 announcement for the Foundation
For Amateur Radio Scholarships.  Please forward this item to the
editor of your club's newsletter, and ask that it be published.
Please also publish it on your club's web site.  I'd like as many
potential scholarship winners as possible to be aware of the FAR
scholarship program.

This year, the Foundation will award 54 different scholarships to
deserving amateur radio operators.  I'm sure you know a young ham who
could use the money and who would be encouraged by the recognition
that comes from winning a FAR scholarship.  Please help me to
advertise this worthy program by sharing information with your
friends, VE team members, and amateur radio club members.  You could
also make printed copies of the announcement available at your VE
sessions, and give young hams copies of this announcement along with
their CSCE.

Thanks & 73
