[PaQSO] Antenna etiquette

I discussed it with the ranger in Black Moshannon park in 1993 (via 
telephone before making the reservation) and when I explained the 
slingshot/fishing line arrangement and the fact that, at the most, I'd 
knock a few leaves off the tree,  he was ok with it.

I explained the same thing to the ranger at Prince Gallitzin in 1996, 
before making my reservation for that year. Again, he was ok with it.

I have since been back to Prince Gallitzin 5 or 6 times and have never 
mentioned it again and have not been questioned.

If I ever go to a State Park other than Prince Gallitzin I would certainly 
"refresh" my permission from the ranger.
