[PaQSO] County Line Ops

I am reasonably happy with things the way they are, but am willing to try
other options.
I did operate mobile from three different CL locations last year.
I assumed the CL to be at the location of the State installed signs. I took
digital pictures to support my locations. I drove 600 miles to accomplish
this.
If it were my intention to cheat on issuing a CL location I think I would
have stayed home, avoided the cost of 600 miles of driving, restaurant meals
and a motel. I am not aware of anyone seeing me at any of these locations.
This year I chose to operate Portable from SUL County, but there are really
only two persons that can actually verify that I was operating in Sullivan
County for the Party.
What about the mobiles that provided you with some of the RARE counties.
Were they really where they said they were? As for me, I accept the
information they provide.
As for Echolink, I'll save that for another day.
