[PaQSO] Emergency operation on 3.990.5 KHz

There is a RACES operation on the normal Western Area PEMA frequency of 
3.990.5 KHz.

It is supporting the search for a medical helicopter that disappeared en 
route from Kane to Bradford last night.  A clear frequency would be much 
appreciated.  

Western Area and and State PEMA personnel are aware of the operation.  I 
have no further details at this time but will post if I get anything 
pertinent.  I will also post when the operation secures.

And yes I will be on from IND after work;  SSB only.
