[PaQSO] re: PAQP

I believe it was 2002 my last county for the sweep was down
in the Extra portion where I can't go. I begged people to get
N3ZNI to come up where I was in the General portion.

Eddie came up to give me the sweep then I immediately told
him to take the freq and run on it. Made many people happy
to get that county. Too bad I don't recall now which one it was,
but was rare that year. That's the kind of fun I've had in PAQP.

Too bad other things pre-empt me from participating this year.
PAQP has been my favorite of the QP's I do.

Hope everyone has an enjoyable QP despite the lousy conditions
of late.
