[PaQSO] 2006 dates

There were many times in the past when the ILQP coincided with the PAQP.  I
don't think it's neccesarily a bad thing, as long as the out of state people
trying to work both contests can keep their logs straight!   (A little more
challenging, yes, but when you think about those Sunday afternoons when
you're begging for contacts...)

I'm not saying that we should always do it this way, nor am I saying that
this is a good idea (like all things, it has it's good and bad points).
Just that this is not neccesarily a case of a conflict, but could be a case
of a complement.

A random thought... now back to "A Christmas Story" (I miss K2ORS!)

 The Illinois QSO Party is generally the 3rd Sunday in October.  Since
the 3rd Sunday in October 2006 is also part of the second full weekend
in October, it is likely that ILQP will move to October 22 to avoid a
conflict of dates with PAQP.

Watch for all rules updates for ILQP in the near future at
http://www.w9awe.org/  Administration of the event will be passed from
RAMS to WIARC beginning with the 2006 event.
