Upon receipt of Cliff's message, I too read the article.
Having only participated in the "Party" the past two years, I am not 
familiar with the history of the event or past procedures so I am not in a 
position to comment on the contents of the article.
I do however have an interest in seeing the "Party" continue for many years 
to come.
Although my participation has been minimal, I enjoyed operating mobile on 
County Line set-ups from north western PA in 2004, and a portable operation 
in Sullivan County this year.
I am in the process of making arrangements for a location in Adams County 
for next year, so do now want to see anything jeopardize the event.
