[PaQSO] surprise

I didn't know that I was even close to being the top dog in the West for the 
qro class but I have to assume that the records are correct. Actually I 
thought it was my worked all counties award so you better believe I was surprised. 
Now all I need is a low power plaque and I will have covered all bases. Anyway 
no matter how one slices it the PAQP is the best around and if the powers to 
be decide that changes are needed it will still remain the best due to the 
operators involved.
