Hi everybody.

Just wanted to update you on how things are going.

There seemed to be some confusion on the cutoff date for entries.  I guess 
that the information that was published in the magazines was different than 
what appeared on the entry forms.  In order that nobody who wanted to 
submit logs was cut off, we continued to accept logs into December.

Everything I have received has been entered in the database.  The 
preliminary results on the Party web page should have everybody listed but 
the last few I received.  If anybody is missing from the list, please let 
me know.

T-shirts were ordered on Monday (1/3) with delivery promised for 
1/17.  Mugs were ordered today (1/5) with an estimated ship date of 
1/26.  When these items arrive, they will be shipped to you ASAP.

The next job, which I will start today, will be getting the logs of the 
winners of the major award plaques and 67 county plaques checked and the 
plaques ordered.  Actually, the logs for the 67 county plaques are largely 
completed.  This will be followed by the printing and mailing of 
certificates and results.
