It has to be the second FULL weekend in October - California QSO party is  
always the first FULL weekend - hence this year, that makes it October  8,9.  
Right Mike?
 
We did have a conflict with the Cal QSP one year and it was not good for  
either of us. 
 
And, by the way,  thanks for taking up the reins of the Party,  Mike.  It is 
a big job and you have some big shoes to fill.  We are  all behind you and 
will lend a hand when needed. 
 
Chuck, K3CM, did an outstanding job and deserves a well earned round  of 
applause!  Thank you, Charles, and now you can enjoy your retirement  from the 
chaos just as I have since you took over for me.  Enjoy,  my friend.
