After reading all those responses I believe the NO's have it.

I doubt any serious logging programmer is going to try to make
any changes that would reflect this concept.

particular, (or casual), counties. I use it for two other very
obvious reasons; 1. The additional points, and 2. I just happen
to like CW.

I loved the P.S. on someones response that read something
to the effect of,  'Doug, help, we're sinking fast' , or sumpin
lak dat.

I was thrilled with my recent 160 CW contest results.
834 Q's,  46 states,  8 provinces  and  24 DX entities.
