[PaQSO] RTTY in PQP 2005?

I don't think we have to worry about the "Tower of Babel" syndrome if we 
allow all digital modes.  If someone wants to run Hellscreiber, let them run 
it.  The purpose of this is to have fun.  If someone runs something obscure 
and doesn't make any contacts, that's their business and they can't complain 
here or anywhere else.

All digital modes or none....
