As a QRPer, I agree.  Though I like the idea of the extra work-the-QRPer 
points.  Make it something worthwhile like 100 points.  I'd welcome the 
pileup of stations trying to work me to get the extra points!  :-)  Of 
course, I'll want extra points for having to pull stations out of a pileup, 
and an extra bonus for working other QRP stations in the pileup.
