[PaQSO] mark me as two for all cw qso's

My vote goes there as well. 2 points for all CW. I would also vote that
Digi comms get only one point. Sitting at a computer screen typing like
I'm typing this email, is no where NEAR as difficult as tuning in an off
freq CW tone, or dealing with QRM or a CW pileup. No limitations on when
what mode can be operated though....After an average of over 1100 qso's
over the past 3 years, those who say there is lack of activity isn't where
the activity is  :-) To attempt to take CW away at all during the contest
just wouldn't work. I would agree to gentlemanly agree to keep digi up
above 50khz from bottom of each band, and CW below 50khz form bottom...I
hate that we have already lost two of the mobiles due to the change..I
also vote that it should be one mode either Rtty, Psk, or other computer
modulated mode, not a contact allowed for RTTY and a contact allowed for
PSK...I won't comment much on the suggested QRM, however I will be very
upset if my CW signal gets QRM'd by a digi signal...My two cents..I sure
hope Mike and his committee will take these comments and work some more
changes into the rules/scoring..Obviously they are willing to give some
changes a try..please look into these as well.  Thank you and VY
