[PaQSO] CW vs. Digital

Since there seems to be so much concern about CW and Digital (PSK & RTTY)
conflicting with each other, how's 'bout something along these lines?

CW and Phone only on Saturday...
Phone and Digital only on Sunday.

This is greatly simplified of course, but there are a myriad ways of
breaking things down by the hour or bands to avoid what some predict is certain
anarchy. Even allowing Digital only on one or specific bands, say 10, 15 and/or
20M for the first year to see how it goes could be a start. With the bottom of
the cycle, 10 and 15 groundwave with weak signal detection digital modes will
work better than phone. They are not "money" bands anyway for PAQSO CW ops.
20M is long, (but good for section sweeps) and the digital subbands are well
established there and straying won't be tolerated on a long band. Even 6M
could be interesting and valuable, wide enough to cohabitate with all.

Just food for generating healthy discussion, boys; not a proposal...
(putting on my asbestos suit anyway) 8-)
